Solomon Arogiam is the Founder and Director of Kinsmen Solution Systems Sdn. Bhd., bringing over 24 years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and industrial operations across Malaysia.
His career began in public enforcement, where he built a strong foundation in operational discipline, risk control, and statutory compliance. He went on to earn a professional diploma in security and compliance in Singapore, deepening his expertise in institutional oversight and risk management.
Solomon later moved into multinational corporate management, leading functions spanning facility and asset management, occupational safety and health, scheduled waste management, process improvement, and regulatory compliance, giving him a rare, practical understanding of compliance from both the enforcement and corporate sides.
Recognizing how often Malaysian SMEs struggle to navigate licensing and regulatory requirements, Solomon founded Kinsmen Solution Systems to close that gap, helping businesses treat compliance not as a cost to avoid, but as a foundation to grow on.
